We are looking for an experienced Level 6 (4I) DSP to join our Adult Residential Facility (ARF) in Perris as a Live-In DSP Lead / House Manager. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DSP who wants to move into management and eventually become a Facility Administrator.

DSP DUTIES

$19.00/hour

HOUSE MANAGER DUTIES

$22.00/hourr

ADMINISTRATOR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for someone we can develop and promote to Facility Administrator after approximately one successful
year, provided they demonstrate the ability to successfully manage the facility and meet the requirements for the Administrator

position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years DSP experience in a Level 6 ARF (4I)
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Minimum 3 years driving experience
  • Must be willing to live at the facility in Perris
  • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
  • Comfortable supervising/leading other DSPs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must meet applicable ARF background, health, and training requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In addition to regular DSP/direct-care duties, the House Manager will:

  • Help manage the day-to-day operation of the home
  • Maintain resident and facility records
  • Monitor DSP documentation
  • Coordinate resident schedules and appointments
  • Drive and accompany residents to medical and other appointments
  • Communicate with Regional Center CSCs/service coordinators, Community Care Licensing, social workers,healthcare providers, and families
  • Assist with Licensing and Regional Center visits
  • Provide leadership, training and direction to other DSPs
  • Work closely with the Administrator and learn how to independently manage the facility
